Product overview
GST Copure FF Prepacked Columns contain GST Copure FF medium for one-step, high-resolution purification of glutathione S-transferase (GST)-tagged proteins. They belong to Biocomma's family of prepacked protein purification columns, intended to simplify purification, desalting and concentration of antibodies, recombinant proteins and other biological macromolecules.
The columns are offered in 1 mL and 5 mL volumes and connect easily to syringes, peristaltic pumps or liquid-phase purification systems such as ÄKTA. The medium has a 90 µm particle diameter and a maximum pressure of 0.5 MPa, with flow rates up to 4 mL/min on 1 mL columns and 20 mL/min on 5 mL columns.
