Product overview
This is a ready-to-use sterile liquid version of LB Broth (Miller) that can be used directly after opening. Antibiotics can be added as required, which saves preparation time compared with dehydrated powder.
The formulation is 10 g/L tryptone, 5 g/L yeast extract and 10 g/L sodium chloride at pH 7.0 ±0.2. It is supplied in 500 mL bottles, 10 per carton, stable at room temperature with a 12-month shelf life.
