mCCDA Supplement (TJ025F) is added to Modified Charcoal Cefoperazone Deoxycholate Agar Base to prepare a selective medium for the detection and enumeration of Campylobacter from food. One vial is used per 100 mL of base (GF1119F / KL1119F).
Each vial contains 3.2 mg cefoperazone, 1.0 mg amphotericin and 1.0 mg rifampicin.
