Product overview
mCPC Agar Supplement (TJ023F) is used to prepare Modified Cellobiose Polymyxin Colistin Agar for the selective isolation and cultivation of pathogenic Vibrio species, including Vibrio vulnificus. Two vials are added to 90 mL of mCPC Agar Base (GF1129F / KL1129F) and mixed thoroughly.
Each vial supplies 0.5 g of cellobiose, 5000 U of polymyxin B and 20000 U of polymyxin E.
