Biocomma lists a broad range of modified phosphoramidites and CPG supports for introducing labels and chemical modifications into synthetic oligonucleotides. Fluorescent labels include fluorescein (6-FAM), HEX, JOE, VIC, CAL Fluor Red 610, Quasar 570 and Quasar 670, with TAMRA, ROX and Cy5.5 offered as NHS esters.

Quenchers include BHQ-1, BHQ-2, BHQ-3, BBQ-650, Dabcyl and Eclipse, in 5'-amidite and 3'-CPG formats. Further entries cover biotin, LNA and 2'-OMe monomers, nucleoside-loaded CPG (dA, dC, dG, dT), and 5'/3' amino, phosphate, thiol, spacer and cholesterol modifiers.
