These columns use Biocomma's Embed™ technology with universal CPG built into the frits, and are listed as compatible with Dr. Oligo 48, 96 and 192 synthesizers. They may also be used with other synthesizers depending on the holder.

The 1000 Å and 2000 Å pore sizes are offered from the small scales upward, while the 500 Å pore size is listed for 500 nmol and the larger scales (1000, 2000 and 3000 nmol).
