Product overview
PALCAM Agar Supplement is added to PALCAM Agar Base to turn it into a selective medium for isolating Listeria monocytogenes. The application is referenced to ISO methods in the manufacturer's data.
Two presentations are offered. TJ011F is a vial dosed at one vial per 100 mL of base, while TJ011RF is a lyophilized powder that is rehydrated in 5 mL of sterile distilled water and added to 500 mL of base. Both carry polymyxin B, ceftazidime and acriflavine hydrochloride as the selective agents.
