Product overview
biocomma® PCR tubes and plates are made from medical-grade polypropylene raw materials that the page describes as USP Class VI and FDA certified. A thin tube wall gives fast heat transfer and precise temperature control, and the ultra-transparent cap lets the fluorescent signal pass without obstruction.
Caps seal well to prevent contamination yet are easy to open. The products are autoclavable at 121 °C for 20 minutes and are DNA-free, DNase-free, RNase-free and pyrogen-free.
The range includes a 0.5 mL single tube, 0.1 mL 4-strip tubes, 0.1 and 0.2 mL 8-strip tubes (flat caps, dome caps or attached caps; clear or white), 0.1 and 0.2 mL 96-well plates (non-skirt or semi-skirt; clear or white) and 30 μL 384-well full-skirt plates.
