Biocomma offers oligo synthesis columns prepacked with universal or modified CPG. The versions listed here are compatible with the MerMade synthesizer and may also be used with others depending on the holder.
Universal CPG columns span a wide range, from 50 nmol to 50 µmol, in 500, 1000 and 2000 Å pore sizes. Modified columns include BHQ1 and TAMRA CPG at 50 nmol and 2'-OMe rU, rG, rC and rA(bz) at 1 µmol. Custom items can be requested.
