Product overview
Pseudomonas CFC Selective Medium Base is intended for the selective isolation and cultivation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The base combines peptone with potassium sulfate and magnesium chloride, and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) provides the selective element.
The powder is suspended at 45.3 g per litre of purified water with 10 mL of glycerol, boiled and autoclaved at 121 °C for 15 minutes. After cooling to 50 °C, one vial of supplement TJ031F is added to every 100 mL of base and mixed well.

- Not for clinical use. Do not use if the powder is lumpy. After use, autoclave all contaminated materials at 121 °C for 30 minutes before disposal.
