Product overview
Biocomma RPC purification cartridges and plates remove impurities such as N-1 sequences by specifically adsorbing the DMT group, which makes them suitable for DMT-on oligonucleotides.
Sorbent amounts range from 50 mg to 2 g in single cartridges (1 to 12 mL), with 96-well plates at 15 to 150 mg per well and 384-well plates with frits at 4 or 10 mg per well, so the format can be matched to the synthesis scale and throughput.
