Product overview
These SPE vacuum manifolds carry out activating, loading, rinsing, eluting and other steps of SPE sample pretreatment by controlling pressure. Individual valves set the flow rate independently for each port, and the height of the test-tube rack is adjustable.
Both the 12-port and 24-port versions use a polyoxymethylene lid and a quartz glass vacuum chamber, tolerate -80 kPa and hold a stable pressure of 0 to 80 kPa. They accept test tubes up to 105 mm long in φ10, φ13 and φ15 mm sizes.
