Product overview
SP Copure FF Prepacked Columns are filled with SP Copure FF medium, a strong cation exchanger used for protein purification, screening and elution. They belong to Biocomma's prepacked protein purification column family, aimed at simplifying purification, desalting and concentration of antibodies, recombinant proteins and other macromolecules.
The columns are offered in 1 mL and 5 mL volumes and connect easily to syringes, peristaltic pumps or liquid-phase purification systems such as ÄKTA. The medium has a 75 µm particle diameter, a loading value above 120 mg lysozyme and a maximum pressure of 0.5 MPa.
