Product overview
SP Copure HP Prepacked Columns contain SP Copure HP medium, a strong cation exchanger whose relatively small particle size provides efficient, high-resolution purification. They belong to Biocomma's prepacked protein purification column family, aimed at simplifying purification, desalting and concentration of antibodies, recombinant proteins and other macromolecules.
The columns are offered in 1 mL and 5 mL volumes and connect easily to syringes, peristaltic pumps or liquid-phase purification systems such as ÄKTA. The medium has a 40 µm particle diameter, a loading value of 55 mg ribonuclease and a maximum pressure of 0.35 MPa.
