Product overview
The SPEMF vacuum manifold processes several samples at once and handles activating, loading, rinsing, eluting and other steps of SPE sample pretreatment by controlling pressure. Individual valves control each port's flow rate independently, and the pressure gauge sits on the upper side of the sealing cover where it is easy to read.
The vacuum chamber is formed from a quartz glass mould with uniform wall thickness, and the remaining parts are PTFE, resistant to strong acid and alkali. The design guards against cross-contamination and atomisation, can be paired with a large-capacity collector to concentrate bulk samples quickly, and uses a flow channel built to give more uniform pressure and steadier flow.
Models are SPEMF12G (12 ports) and SPEMF24G-S (24 ports).
