Product overview
SpinFlow® 96-well micro-filter plates are precision injection molded and fitted with a choice of membranes, including PVDF, mixed cellulose esters (MCE), PTFE and other microporous types. Each well is individually sealed, and the guide plate and collection plate are removable for seamless integration.
Three product lines cover different workflows. The removable R-Series (filtration plate, membrane and manifold) suits Elispot, PAMPA and cell screening such as migration, invasion or chemotaxis. The non-removable NR-Series has the manifold welded to the plate and is made for high-throughput use on automated workstations. The integrated ONE-Series has no manifold, tolerates greater centrifugal force and reduces non-specific binding and interference, which suits biochemical screening.
The R-Series is listed in 300 µL formats with hydrophilic CA, MCE, nylon, PES and PTFE membranes at 0.22 µm or 0.45 µm, including a sterile 0.22 µm MCE plate, packed 10 plates per box.
