Product overview
The SpinFlow® R series (removable) micro-filter plates have three parts: the filtration plate, the membrane and the distribution plate. The filtration plate is precision injection molded from polystyrene and accepts membranes such as PVDF, mixed cellulose esters (MCE) and PTFE. Each well is individually sealed, which allows seamless integration with the removable distribution plate.
The easy-to-remove distribution plate suits experiments in which the membrane structure must be observed, such as Elispot, PAMPA and cell screening (migration, invasion or chemotaxis). The 300 µL plates are listed with CA, MCE, nylon, PES, PTFE and PVDF membranes at 0.22 and 0.45 µm, including a sterile MCE option, and are packed 10 per box.
