Product overview
Surface sampling kits are mainly used for surface sampling in food, pharmaceuticals, public health, catering and beverage factories. Combined with culture media, they can detect total bacterial count, coliforms, Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria and other targets.
Each kit pairs a 10 mL tube with a built-in rayon swab. The artificial-fibre swab has a stated sample release rate of 95% and a large head for multi-angle swabbing. Preservation solutions include 0.85% saline, compound neutraliser, PBS and buffered peptone water, in 3 mL or 10 mL fills, and one version includes 50 sterile sampling templates. The 5×5 cm sterile template can also be ordered separately.
