Vacuum Filtration Manifolds
Request a quoteOverview
The multi-branch filtration system is a solution filtration device for biological laboratories. Paired with a vacuum source, it carries out quick filtration experiments. The filter cups are made of 304 stainless steel or borosilicate glass, resisting acid and alkali corrosion, and the whole setup can be sterilised directly at high temperature and pressure.
The structure is simple and easy to operate, with a stainless-steel base that resists pressure. All parts can be detached for cleaning or sterilisation, and stainless-steel and glass cups are interchangeable. Consumable parts such as the glass cylinder and rubber gasket can be bought separately, and the base and filter can be customised. Before steam sterilisation, slightly loosen the cover or insert a vented syringe needle with an air filter. Applications include microbial filtration testing in biopharmaceuticals, food, disease control, chemical industries and water treatment plants.
