Product overview
These vacuum manifolds are designed for high-throughput nucleic acid purification, solid phase extraction, protein precipitation, oligo synthesis and related work. They fit 48-, 96- and 384-well plates and Luer-inlet columns, removing the repeated pipetting and centrifugation of traditional nucleic acid extraction.
Three types are offered: a universal manifold, a double-layer manifold that allows filtration and extraction at the same time, and a micro-filter plate manifold for assays such as protein kinase and phosphatase assays, receptor interaction and ELISPOT. Each comes in rose red or sapphire blue.
