Product overview
Yeast extract is a nutrient-rich material obtained from yeast cells by cell disruption, extraction, separation and drying. It contains amino acids, peptides, nucleotides, vitamins, minerals and other biologically active components.
The powder is specified at total nitrogen of at least 9.0% and amino nitrogen of at least 2.5%, with moisture at or below 6.0% and a pH of 6.8-7.2. Add it according to the culture medium formulation.
