Product overview
This is a ready-to-use sterile liquid YPD medium that can be used directly after opening, with antibiotics added as required. It saves the weighing, dissolving and autoclaving steps of the powdered medium.
The formulation is 10 g/L yeast extract, 20 g/L peptone and 20 g/L dextrose. It is supplied in 100 mL bottles (20 per carton) or 500 mL bottles (10 per carton), stable at room temperature, with a 12-month shelf life.
