Product overview
The FF-200D-I is a general-purpose flame photometer for routine determination of sodium and potassium in industrial and educational labs. It was previously sold as the Jenway 500701 and is supplied with filters for sodium, potassium, lithium, calcium and barium.
The single-channel, low-temperature design runs on propane, butane or a mixture of the two, or on natural gas, with an oil- and moisture-free air supply of 6 L/min. Readings cover 0 to 199.9 ppm on a 3.5-digit LED display, stabilise in about 8 seconds, and offer linearity better than 2% and reproducibility better than 1% CV.
Fine and coarse adjustment controls help set up each analysis, and a 100 mV recorder output is provided. For safety, the gas supply shuts off automatically if the flame goes out.
