Request a quoteOverview
The Jenway 7415 is the UV/visible model of the 74 Series scanning spectrophotometers, suited to teaching, industrial QC and routine sample analysis. A xenon lamp and silicon photodiode cover 198 to 1000 nm with a 5 nm bandwidth, ±2 nm wavelength accuracy and photometric accuracy of ±0.01 Abs at 1.000 A.
The instrument is operated from a 7-inch high-definition colour touchscreen that works with gloves, allowing users to view, zoom and pick points on scans and curves. Built-in modes cover photometrics, concentration, spectrum scanning, quantitation with up to 20 standards, kinetics and multi-wavelength measurement.
Methods and results are stored in 3.6 GB of internal memory and can be moved through two front USB-A ports, a USB-B port or Ethernet. A domed sample chamber lid takes tall multi-cell changers and test tubes, and the standard model is fitted with a 10 x 10 mm cuvette holder; path lengths from 10 to 100 mm are supported with accessories.
