Product overview
The Kesar Air Shower is installed at cleanroom entrances to strip dust and contaminants from clothing and surfaces before personnel enter a controlled area. High-velocity HEPA-filtered air jets dislodge particles so they do not reach the critical environment.
The chamber is SS 304/316 inside with a powder-coated or stainless steel outer body, adjustable stainless steel nozzles, toughened glass doors, a non-slip stainless floor and LED lighting. Air passes through a pre-filter and an H-14 HEPA filter.
A microprocessor or timer control panel runs the cycle with automatic door interlocking and an emergency stop, with an optional touch screen controller. Noise is rated at 65 dB or lower.
