Request a quoteOverview
The Walk-in Stability Chamber is a room-sized version of the reach-in stability chamber, large enough for a technician to enter, load racks and inspect product. It gives manufacturers a single, centrally monitored space for concurrent long-term, intermediate and accelerated studies.
Construction uses pre-fabricated PUF-insulated modular panels assembled on site, a reinforced floor, and a water and vapour tight stainless steel interior with multi-pane vacuum-sealed viewing windows. A PLC with auto tuning and a 7-inch HMI touch screen control temperature and humidity.
Occupant safety is built in, including an internal release door lock, password-controlled door access with an entry/exit log, and a person-trapped cut-off. The KGWS range covers 13 standard models from 2,400 to 24,000 litres, with larger custom builds possible.
