Product overview
The Eco Smart Walk-in Stability Chamber is a room-scale chamber that technicians can enter to load and inspect large batches. It holds temperature and relative humidity for long-term ICH stability programmes, with every parameter logged for regulatory review.
Its distinguishing point is the dew point control principle: the cooling coil temperature follows the dew point and psychrometric chart, which Kesar says cuts power use by about 70 % and water use by about 90 % compared with a standard walk-in unit.
The chamber is built from pre-fabricated PUF-insulated modular panels assembled on site, with a reinforced floor, a water and vapour tight stainless steel interior and a 7-inch HMI touch screen. Standard models range from 8,004 to 24,200 litres, and custom sizes from 8,000 litres upward are available.
