Overview

Product overview

The Kesar stability chamber holds temperature and relative humidity at fixed, validated set points for weeks to years so that shelf life and stability of pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic and biotech products can be studied. It is factory configured for the ICH Q1A(R2) conditions of 25 °C/60 %RH, 30 °C/65 %RH and 40 °C/75 %RH, plus low-humidity points for hygroscopic formulations.

The body is CNC fabricated with a stainless steel interior (SS 304 or SS 316 depending on model), an illuminated interior and a multi-pane insulated glass door that prevents condensation so samples can be inspected without opening it. Electro-polished wire mesh trays carry up to 30 kg each.

Control is PID or HMI plus PLC based, with safety alarms, optional standby humidity and refrigeration systems, and optional 21 CFR Part 11 compliant software. Kesar also lists NABL-accredited calibration, IQ/OQ/PQ documentation and AMC plans with this range.
