Product overview
The Kesar Dynamic Pass Box acts as an airlock chamber with HEPA-filtered air circulation, so materials can move between areas of different cleanliness levels without compromising the controlled environment.
The interior is SS 304 or SS 316 with smooth corners and toughened glass doors, fitted with an electromagnetic or mechanical interlock that prevents both doors opening together. Air passes through an EU-04/G4 pre-filter and an H14 mini-pleat HEPA filter driven by a low-noise centrifugal blower, giving ISO Class 5 inside the chamber.
A feather-touch LED controller, magnehelic pressure gauge, hour meter, UV germicidal lamp control and door status LED are provided. Listed uses include pharmaceutical units, microbiology and biotech labs, hospitals, electronics and food industries.
