Product overview
The Kesar ultra low freezer maintains temperatures from -50 °C to -80 °C for long-term storage of biological samples, vaccines, plasma, enzymes and other sensitive materials used in pharmaceutical, chemical, life science and research settings.
The CNC-fabricated body combines a stainless steel and powder-coated mild steel exterior with a stainless steel interior. High-density PUF and vacuum insulation panels (VIP) cut heat loss, and a multi-layer door with dual gaskets prevents cold air leakage. Hermetic compressors on a cascade system with CFC-free refrigeration provide the cooling.
A 7-inch HMI/PLC system gives real-time status, alerts for temperature fluctuation, power failure or door opening, and USB and Ethernet data logging. Models run from 100 to 600 litres.
