Product overview
The Kesar Vertical Laminar Air Flow unit delivers HEPA-filtered air from top to bottom in a unidirectional stream that sweeps particles away from the work surface and maintains ISO Class 5 clean air.
It uses a two-stage system of a non-woven EU4/G4 pre-filter and an H14 mini-pleat HEPA filter at 99.997 % efficiency for particles of 0.3 micron and larger. The SS-304 or SS-316 cabinet has smooth inner surfaces, a perforated stainless steel work table and transparent side panels, and follows GMP guidelines.
Controls include a feather-touch LED panel for blower, lighting and UV lamp timer, a magnehelic pressure gauge and a digital hour meter. Applications listed include pharmaceutical and microbiology laboratories, tissue culture, sterile drug preparation, electronics assembly and food quality testing.
