Product overview
The Phoenix 6.0BT is Lifeloc Technologies’ evidential workplace breath alcohol tester from Wheat Ridge, Colorado. A 1" alcohol-specific platinum fuel cell reads 0 to .600 BAC with stated accuracy of ±.005 BAC to .100 BAC and ±5% from .100 to .400 BAC. The graphic OLED (1.65 × 0.87 in) graphs breath flow and alcohol. Operating range is 32–104 °F (0–40 °C). On-board memory holds 250 tests plus calibration and cal-check results. Four AA alkaline or NiMH cells give up to 70 on-hours or 2,600 tests. The unit is 2.6 × 5 × 1.25 in and 8 oz with batteries. EasyMode software walks the collector through the DOT sequence — automatic air blank, screen, 15-minute wait, confirmation, and print. Bluetooth printing pairs at the factory for encrypted wireless labels with the PermAffix tamper-evident ATF system. Automatic, manual, and passive sampling are all on this chassis.
EASYCAL G2 automates calibration, cal-checks, and gas management when that station is specified. The Phoenix 6.0BT is DOT/NHTSA approved for evidential workplace confirmation. It is the Lifeloc EBT Al-Shaker specifies for 49 CFR Part 40 confirmation — not the L Series and not the FC Series.
