Request a quoteOverview
Lifeloc’s L Series — LX9 and LT7 — are portable evidential breath alcohol testers built in the United States for law enforcement, corrections, military, probation, parole, and related field use. Both share an electrochemical platinum fuel cell, .000 to .600 BAC (other units available), and 10,000-test memory with calibration and accuracy records. The 2.2" 240 × 320 color TFT graphs breath flow and alcohol. Operating and storage range is 14–130 °F (−10–55 °C). The chassis is 2.75 × 5 × 1.3 in and 8 oz with batteries. Power is a USB fast-charge pack or three AA alkaline cells. USB is on both models; Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, extra data fields, and Lifeloc wireless printers are LX9 only. A 360° mouthpiece aims exhaled breath away from the operator.
Lifeloc states the L Series is not approved for workplace confirmation testing under DOT Regulations 49 CFR Part 40. Specify Phoenix 6.0BT when the method is workplace confirmation. Do not treat LX9 or LT7 as a 49 CFR Part 40 workplace EBT.
Al-Shaker specifies LX9 versus LT7, USB versus Bluetooth print, and the first mouthpiece and power kit, then installs, trains, and supports the L Series across Jordan, the GCC, and MENA.
