Overview

Product overview

The Alpha 1-2 LSCbasic is Martin Christ’s compact, high-performance tabletop freeze dryer for everyday lyophilisation. Ice condenser capacity is 2.5 kg at −55 °C for aqueous products. The base unit is 315 × 345 × 470 mm and 32 kg. The LSCbasic 5.7-inch colour touchscreen runs manual or automatic sequences, shows the system schematic, and records process data over USB or LAN. GWP index is 2 with natural refrigerants.

An eight-port drying manifold, three unheated 200 mm shelves, combined shelf-and-manifold chambers, and a stoppering device for up to 220 2R vials configure the dryer to the method. They are options on this line.

Al-Shaker specifies Alpha 1-2 versus Alpha 2-4 LSCplus when the condenser must reach −85 °C, then installs, trains, and supports the freeze dryer across Jordan, the GCC, and MENA.
