Product overview
The Epsilon 2-18D LSCplus is Martin Christ’s pilot freeze dryer for research, development, and small-scale production. Shelf space is optimised for nested vials and trays with protective containers such as LyoGuard or Lyoprotect. Ice condenser capacity is 18 kg at −75 °C. One to seven shelves of 540 × 400 mm give 0.22–1.51 m²; shelf temperature is −60 to +50 °C. The two-chamber layout places the ice condenser directly below the drying chamber for vapour flow and reproducible drying.
WTMplus 2.0 wireless temperature, stoppering, cleanroom or glove-box docking, and H₂O₂ disinfection stay options on this line. Official applications include bacterial cultures, viruses, blood plasma, serum fractions, antibodies, vaccines, and plant extracts.
Al-Shaker specifies Epsilon 2-18D versus Epsilon 2-10D when nested vials or 1.51 m² of shelf are the constraint, then installs, trains, and supports the pilot dryer across Jordan, the GCC, and MENA.
