Overview

Product overview

The Gamma 2-16 LSCplus is Martin Christ’s compact benchtop freeze dryer for demanding drying of larger sample quantities. Ice condenser capacity is 16 kg at −85 °C for specimens with low eutectic points. The base unit measures 860 × 485 × 650 mm and weighs 160 kg, with Ethernet, LSCplus control, and a GWP index ≤ 6. Wireless Shelf Technology and single- or double-chamber methods cover heated shelves, flask manifolds, and vial stoppering on the same chassis.

Five or ten heated shelves, 24-port drying chambers, eight-port manifolds, and stoppering for up to 600 2R vials are accessories that configure the dryer. They are options on this line. Laboratory units use natural refrigerants.

Al-Shaker specifies Gamma 2-16 versus Alpha 2-4 when the batch needs 16 kg of ice, then installs, trains, and supports the freeze dryer across Jordan, the GCC, and MENA.

Features

Key features

  • 01

    16 kg ice condenser

Larger sample quantities on a compact benchtop, not a floor-standing pilot.

  • 02

    −85 °C condenser

Low-eutectic specimens on the same LSCplus and Wireless Shelf platform as Alpha.

  • 03

    LSCplus and Ethernet

Manual and automatic process control with a GWP index ≤ 6 on natural refrigerants.
