Product overview
The Epsilon 2-10D LSCplus is Martin Christ’s general-purpose, high-performance pilot freeze dryer for product development and small-scale production. Stainless-steel shelves carry internal heat-transfer media for heating and cooling. Ice condenser capacity is 10 kg at −88 °C. One to seven shelves of 350 × 400 mm give 0.14–0.98 m²; shelf temperature is −55 to +60 °C at ±1 °C. The floor unit is 1295 × 1190 × 850 mm with two independent cooling systems — air cooled, optionally water chilled.
A hydraulic stoppering device with optional stainless-steel bellows, WTMplus 2.0 wireless product temperature, cleanroom or glove-box installation, and H₂O₂ disinfection are accessories on this line.
Al-Shaker specifies Epsilon 2-10D versus Epsilon 2-18D shelf area, cooling, and stoppering, then installs, trains, and supports the pilot dryer across Jordan, the GCC, and MENA.
