Product overview

The LyoShuttle is an automated loading and unloading system in which a battery-powered robot moves horizontally on rails at a constant loading level beside the shelf set, driven by timing belts. The batteries charge wirelessly in the parked position and the robot communicates wirelessly with the controller.

Because the unloading beam moves beneath the loaded shelves, nothing moves above the vials, and no extra headroom is needed above capped vials, so the freeze dryer can be lower. The compact, GMP-oriented design suits isolators and LAF units, integrates with the LPCplus automation, and optional redundant batteries and chargers support cGMP availability.
