Overview

Product overview

The RVC 2-25 CDplus is Martin Christ’s compact benchtop midi concentrator for fast, gentle vacuum concentration of DNA/RNA, proteins, and other liquid specimens. Variable-speed magnetic drive, automatic venting, and internal control of vacuum application and release keep samples from splashing. Maximum speed is 1550 rpm; temperature adjusts from +30 to +80 °C. The glass cover resists organic solvents such as TFA and DMSO. The unit is 255 × 315 × 460 mm and 24 kg, with container volumes from 0.2 to 100 ml and up to 108 Eppendorf caps.

Vacuum pumps MZ 2C (end vacuum 8 mbar) or MD 4C (end vacuum 2 mbar) and a wide rotor set configure the concentrator. They are options on this line.

Al-Shaker specifies RVC 2-25 versus a freeze dryer when the method is concentration not lyophilisation, then installs and supports the concentrator across Jordan, the GCC, and MENA.
