Overview

Product overview

The push systems load vials as structured rows via a conveyor and counting star, and push the row across the shelf of the freeze dryer. Three designs are offered: the Push-BackPusher (PBP) with a backpusher that pushes out one or several rows, the Push-BackChain (PBC) with a chain pusher, and the Push-InsidePush (PIP), where the LyoShuttle robot works from underneath the shelf.

The systems reach up to 450 vials per minute when loading and 600 vials per minute when unloading, with precise counting and placement. They connect to a filling line and capping machine, can distribute vials among several freeze dryers, integrate with RABS or isolators, and use antistatic format parts.
