Product overview
Cypher ES is the first AFM engineered specifically for exceptional environmental control. Its fully sealed sample chamber has modular options for operation in controlled gases or liquids, sample heating and cooling, humidity control and electrochemistry.
It shares the <15 pm noise floor, up to 40x faster scanning and complete mode range of the Cypher S, and suits work on polymers, energy materials, surface chemistry, biomolecules and biomembranes. Environmental accessories include liquid imaging with perfusion, heating, cooling, humidity and electrochemistry, and blueDrive, glovebox integration and high-voltage bias are optional.
