Product overview
Cypher VRS1250 is presented as the first and only full-featured video-rate AFM, capturing images at up to 45 frames per second while retaining the versatility of the Cypher family. It is aimed at visualising nanoscale dynamics and at demanding multidisciplinary research.
It offers a scan rate of up to 1250 lines per second, a noise floor below 15 pm and the complete range of operating modes, together with the environmental accessories of the Cypher ES: liquid imaging with perfusion, heating, cooling, humidity and electrochemistry. Glovebox integration and high-voltage bias are optional.
