Product overview
MFP-3D Origin is a research-grade AFM designed to deliver high performance at a low price point. A single scanner scales from atomic resolution to 120 µm XY scans, with 15 µm Z range (40 µm optional), and works in both air and fluid.
Its flexured and sensored scanner design improves accuracy and ease of use, and automated features such as SmartStart, ModeMaster, GetReal and GetStarted make setup quick. Included modes cover contact, tapping, phase, force curves, KPFM, EFM, MFM and PFM, with optional modes including AM-FM viscoelastic mapping, conductive AFM, SThM and STM.
Temperature control for heating samples to 275 °C and controlled gas or liquid options are available, and the system can be upgraded to the MFP-3D Origin+ or MFP-3D Infinity.
