Product overview
MFP-3D Origin+ is positioned as the highest-performance and most capable AFM at its price point. It offers a 120 µm XY range and 15 µm Z range (40 µm optional) for high-resolution imaging in air and fluid, with accurate low-noise force measurements.
It supports the full range of imaging modes and accessories, including nanomechanical modes for viscoelastic properties, a broad set of nanoelectrical and electromechanical modes, temperature control, controlled gas or liquid environments and accessories for applying external forces. Optional modes add contact resonance viscoelastic mapping, high voltage PFM, sMIM, SThM and STM.
SmartStart, ModeMaster, GetReal and GetStarted keep operation simple, and the system has an upgrade path to the MFP-3D Infinity.
