Request a quoteOverview
MQC+ is a benchtop time-domain NMR (TD-NMR) analyser for quality control in food, oilseed, petroleum, polymer, textile and other industries. It replaces slow wet-chemistry methods, avoids hazardous solvents, leaves the sample intact and typically needs only a simple linear calibration with a few reference samples.
Interchangeable probes let the application be optimised for sample volume, signal-to-noise or solids detection, and the analyser is available in application-specific versions such as Fat, Solid Fat, Oilseed (large and small seed) and Spin Finish analysers. Internal diagnostics and a modular design support fast in-field servicing.
Measurements finish in seconds to minutes with minimal preparation, and the optional MQ-Auto robotic sample handler extends unattended operating time for high-throughput work.

Measures fat in snack foods, powders, milk powder, infant formula, fish meal and other foodstuffs.
Determines SFC of edible oils and fats at different temperatures for a melting profile.
Measures oil and water in seeds and residues after extraction.
Measures spin finish, rubber/latex and fluorinated coatings on fibres.
Hydrogen content in fuels, wax in distillates, polymer composition and more.
Results in seconds to minutes with minimal sample preparation.
Probes optimised for sample volume, sensitivity or solids detection.
Al-Shaker specifies the configuration, documents the system, and supports it across Jordan, the GCC, and MENA.
