Request a quoteOverview
The Artemis 6000 is a configured, turn-key amino acid analysis package based on SCION's liquid chromatography experience. Pre-tuned conditions allow an inject-and-run approach for applications such as protein hydrolysate and physiological fluids.
SCION quotes a detection limit as low as 8 pMol (Asp 3 pMol), average peak resolution above 1.5 and run times of 30 to 50 minutes for hydrolysate samples or 70 to 180 minutes for physiological samples. Analysis is fully automated with protections such as auto washing and leakage protection, and the modular design eases maintenance. Pipes in contact with buffers and samples use inert, non-metal materials, and buffers are kept under inert gas in a refrigerated organiser.
Protein Hydrolysate (PH) and Physiological Fluid (PF) systems are available as complete packages with buffers, reagents, columns and verified methods, used in pharmaceutical, food and agricultural testing.
