The SCION LC 6000 is the liquid chromatograph SCION builds for lifetime performance: accuracy, reliability, and speed with automation that keeps a QC stack running. The 6100 quaternary pump uses High Frequency Mode — double switching of proportioning valves plus real-time feedback — to suppress pulsation so gradients and retention times repeat. Autosamplers 6210 and 6220 use a high-precision syringe drive and a short flow path for injection-volume precision and very low carry-over; a manual valve is offered for teaching or single-shot work.
The 6310 Peltier oven holds three 250 mm columns plus a guard; the 6320 takes three 400 mm or six 150 mm columns. Detectors cover UV, diode array, fluorescence, and refractive index. A low-volume degasser cuts purge solvent; optional plunger wash protects seals on buffered mobile phases. The 6510 organiser holds mixed bottle sizes. CompassCDS provides instrument control, integration, calibration, reporting, and 21 CFR Part 11 support.
Al-Shaker specifies pump, oven, detector, and autosampler for pharmaceutical, food, environmental, and oil-product HPLC, then installs and supports the stack regionally.

4 parameters
The 6100 quaternary pump damps pulsation so retention time is a method property, not a pump artefact.
6210/6220 syringe drive and a minimised flow path for QC sequences that cannot afford ghost peaks.
Heat and cool the column; choose UV, DAD, fluorescence, or RI without changing manufacturer.
Al-Shaker specifies the configuration, documents the system, and supports it across Jordan, the GCC, and MENA.
