SCION Custom GC Solutions

Custom GC Solutions is SCION's route to a gas chromatograph configured around a specific analytical problem. Instead of a fixed model, the customer submits an enquiry describing the application, and SCION's custom solutions experts propose a suitable configuration.

The request form asks whether the need is a custom application, a system configured for a standardized method such as ASTM, GPA or EPA, or hardware only. It also captures sample type (gas, pressurized liquid, ambient liquid or solid), sample volume, temperature and pressure, the container used, the sample matrix or balance gas, and the analytes of interest with their concentration ranges.

SCION states elsewhere on its site that its custom experts hold a broader range of pre-configured analysers than the standard method catalogue and can tailor systems to demanding applications.
