Overview

Product overview

SCION qualified syringes are made to fit the 8400 and 8410 series autosamplers. A smooth internal barrel is said to extend syringe life, non-adhesive needle attachment avoids contamination, and the plunger design helps reduce carryover.

Volumes run from 5 to 250 uL for liquid, large volume and gas (headspace) injections, with 50 mm needles whose scale suits SCION inlets. Conical point needles limit septum damage and plasticizer background, 23 gauge needles are sturdier against bending, and gastight versions are offered. Syringes for Rheodyne valves, nanovolume and other autosamplers appear under other syringes.
