Request a quoteOverview
The Sigma 1-14K is the refrigerated counterpart of the Sigma 1-14. Its small footprint fits in every lab, and Sigma states that it easily reaches +4 °C at maximum speed. Two fixed-angle rotors hold up to 24 x 1.5/2.0 ml tubes, and a 6 x 2 ml swing-out rotor is also available.
Rotors for PCR strips, microhaematocrit capillary tubes and filter tubes make it an all-round instrument for DNA, RNA and protein isolation, clinical chemistry, and routine work in research, food, university and pharmaceutical labs.
It runs quietly, brakes quickly and closes via a motorised lid lock.
